Resort Home - the azalea

Spring City's third collection of resort homes - The Azalea I - promises luxury living for its homeowners. The Azalea I presents two different home choices that will meet everyone's needs - the 3-bedroom villas and 1- and 2-bedroom two-storey hillside apartments.

An added feature of The Azalea I is that all villas and apartments will come with free golf memberships. The number of membership given away will be dependent on the home type purchased. For example, the 1-bedroom home will come with 1 free golf membership while the 2-bedroom home will come with 2 free golf membership and so on. Currently, the entrance and monthly membership fees are waived.

Besides the shuttle service that will be provided, commuting at The Azalea I will be enhanced by the construction of the second highway. To be completed in two years' time, it will be a breeze for members and guests to travel from the airport to Spring City.

For those who are interested, the purchasers' end financing is also available with the China Construction Bank.

The Villas

There are 12 units of the exclusive 3-bedroom villa which features a balcony and buggy park/porch. All villas will feature well-planned internal spaces, en-suite bathrooms and bigger kitchens. They open up to uninterrupted, panoramic views of rolling hills and meadows.

The villas are located adjacent to the fairway, either Hole 2 or Hole 3, of the Jack Nicklaus Mountain Course. For those that are close to Hole2, they will capture predominantly the view of the back nine holes of the Jack Nicklaus course with the view of the lake on the left. For those adjacent to Hole3, they will have a mountain view and the Hole 8 lake view.

The Hillside apartments

A new concept introduced by The Azalea I, there will be seven 2-storey apartment blocks perched on the hillside.

Each storey will have three units, with one 1-bedroom unit sandwiched between two 2-bedroom units (2-1-2 configuration). The 2-bedroom apartment has a built-in area of 112 sqm while the 1-bedroom apartment has an area of 68 sqm.

Each bedroom will have an attached bathroom for both types of apartment. There will be six buggy parks provided for each apartment block. The internal layout of the first and second storey is similar except for differences such as the lower floor will have a split level between the dining and living while the upper floor will have the living and dining on the same level.
