Dehong Mangshi Airport (Chinese: 德宏芒市机场) (IATA: LUM, ICAO: ZPLX) is an airport serving Mang City in Dehong, Yunnan Province, China. It was formerly called Luxi Mangshi Airport.
Cizhong Transportation

A three-hour flight to Kunming from Beijing, followed by a 20-hour bus trip from Kunming to Zhongdian, the transfer station, and finally a 9-hour bus journey from Zhongdian to Deqin . To Meili Snow Mountain and Cizhong church, renting cars is the only choice.

Baishuitai Transportation

There were two daily busses operating between Shangri-la and Baishuitai, one leaving Shangri-la at 9 am and one at 2 pm. The ticket price was 25 RMB. The journey of about 90 km lasts around 3 hours, because of the very difficult mountain road.
Baoshan Stone Town Transportation

No public buses go to Baoshan Stone Village. It takes about one and one-half hours to go from Lijiang to Baoshan County

From Lijiang to Shigu Old Town ,you can take the mini bus in Jinkai plaza
